The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a parking citation processing, collection, and sales stores management system. The current parking citation environment is described as a large-volume, highly complex computer-based operation that includes a major data processing system along with numerous manual and automated subsystems, elements, and functions. The system must support accurate and timely processing of parking tickets, related transactions, and miscellaneous activities, with all parking ticket data, information, and transactions updated and maintained in a citation database.
The requested solution must also support sales operations connected to the program. Sales personnel are expected to communicate clearly with the public, provide instructions to customers and residents, and deliver strong customer service. The ticket database system must accommodate sales activity, and sales transactions must incorporate strong cash-handling procedures to ensure accountability and auditability. The parking citation and payment envelope are affixed to the cited vehicle as part of the operational process.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2026. Questions must be submitted no later than May 19, 2026.
