DESCRIPTION
The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for CSU software to Pacific Defense Strategies. This procurement will be conducted on a noncompetitive basis pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), as the requirement will be fulfilled by soliciting a single source and does not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
Although it is not a request for competitive quotes, any responsible source that believes it can meet the government’s requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation through the PIEE Solicitation Module by June 15, 2026. All submissions received by this date will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement may be warranted. The government reserves the right to make the final determination regarding competitive processes.
