DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Breckenridge, Colorado is seeking an experienced owner’s representative and project manager to oversee the addition to the Little Red Schoolhouse. The selected firm will coordinate with design consultants to finalize the site plan, design and construction documents, and secure all necessary licenses, entitlements, and permits required for the project.

Responsibilities include managing the selection of a general contractor and additional consultants, as needed. The owner’s representative will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of development and construction management, ensuring diligent record keeping, and maintaining compliance with approved contracts, plans, permits, and documents throughout the project lifecycle.
