DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Texas is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive owners advisor services. The selected vendor will be responsible for defining project objectives and priorities, confirming the scope of work, and establishing the project’s quality approach. Additional responsibilities include assisting in setting project goals, identifying challenges and constraints, and managing stakeholder expectations.
