DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide outreach, education, and technical assistance services related to electric vehicles (EVs) and their supporting infrastructure. The scope of work includes providing education to communities, supporting grant applications, and delivering technical assistance on electric vehicle adoption and infrastructure development. The vendor should possess demonstrated expertise in state and federal incentives and grants for electric vehicles, alternative fuel vehicles, and associated charging infrastructure.

The project requires conducting community-based needs assessments, collaborating with key stakeholders—such as local governments, Tribes, non-profits, and industry representatives—and supporting the development of mobility plans. Responsibilities also include community engagement, marketing, education around EVs and related state programs, as well as technical assistance for charging station installations. Key tasks involve project communication and administration, kickoff and ongoing meetings, regular reporting and invoicing, coordination with Stellantis charger site infrastructure, and the creation of reports such as an Existing Conditions Memo and Community Needs Assessment.
