Vendor needs to provide outreach and partnerships services.– All messaging and graphic design activities related to the development and design of 2050 outreach and communications materials.– Prepare and carry out marketing and communications to support outreach activities by communicating to target audiences and promoting input mechanisms to wider audiences.– Lead the scheduling and logistics of elected official briefings.– Provide translation and interpretation services.– Utilize existing agency web and digital tools, such as online survey platforms and mass email capabilities.– Develop a comprehensive implementation plan detailing how all outreach tasks will be executed, including recommended venues, events, engagement formats, and sequencing of engagement activities.– Lead the coordination of grassroots public and stakeholder engagement activities, including public workshops and pop–up events.– Print and produce informational materials designed by agency to support outreach events as needed and suggested in work plan, such as fact sheets, flyers, poster boards, etc.– Lead partnership program coordination.
