Assess impacts of current or proposed activities pertaining to federal, state or local regulatory compliance. 2. Conduct public outreach regarding a proposed project. 3. Hold public input meetings to gather ideas and concerns regarding a proposed project. 4. Design and permit Outdoor Recreation Trails & Pathways; that take into account natural terrain, ADA accessibility, and maximizing recreational opportunities. 5. Design and permit Boat Docks, Fishing Piers, Kayak Launches, and Pathway/Trail Bridges, sports facilities, active and passive park spaces and Aquatic Facilities and Playgrounds. 6. Design resource based park facilities that incorporate recreational activities and storm water treatment within the park.
