DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide an outdoor LED sign, including full delivery, design, engineering, and installation services. The selected contractor will furnish one double-sided, full-color LED display measuring approximately 5 feet 3 inches in height by 7 feet 10.5 inches in width.
The scope includes the design and engineering of the sign structure, construction of footings and new monuments or walls, and installation of the exterior LED sign on the new monument, wall, or pole. The vendor will also be responsible for providing cut sheets and drawings showing the sign dimensions, as well as completing the required electrical service connection to the LED sign.
Questions related to this solicitation must be submitted no later than May 11, 2026.
