DESCRIPTION


The issuing organization in Oregon is seeking vendors to provide organizational development strategic consulting services on an as-needed basis through individually authorized task orders. The scope includes specialized support in organizational development, leadership, workforce development, facilitation, strategic planning, project management, and related consulting services.

Representative services include facilitating strategic planning processes at the department, division, or program level; conducting organizational, operational, readiness, needs, environmental, and stakeholder assessments; and reviewing organizational structures, governance models, staffing approaches, workflows, policies, procedures, and operational practices.
