DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide Oracle PeopleSoft licensed software in addition to ongoing software support services. Oracle PeopleSoft products serve as the primary applications for core enterprise resource planning (ERP) functions and are collectively managed under the centralized accounting, payroll, and personnel system (CAPPS).

Currently, Oracle PeopleSoft applications, along with their related components, are hosted externally in data centers operated by the organization's contracted service provider, rather than on-site. The scope also includes management and support for shelved software programs, initially deployed under the CPA and Oracle Taleo cloud services. Required services include software technical support and enabling web-based remote access to CPA information systems. The contract is expected to span a five-year term.
