(1) Vendor needs to provide operations software implementation consulting services.– Agency is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional services in support of agency’s operational technology initiatives, which include a Geographic Information System (GIS) upgrade, implementation of a new Work Asset Management System, and the implementation of a new Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS).• Deliverables:– Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation of existing business processes and workflows for all LP&L departments using GIS, ADMS, and Work & Asset Management systems, as well as related applications as needed (FFP).– Technology roadmap that includes GIS, ADMS, and Work & Asset Management applications, as well as related applications as needed (FFP)– Project management services related to the upgrade and/or implementation of an ESRI–based utility network GIS, including integrations with existing related systems. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 4, 2025.
