DESCRIPTION

The procuring organization seeks a vendor to provide onsite and online managed bookstore services, combining traditional physical bookstore locations with operation of an online bookstore. The solution must support equitable access program pricing for curriculum courses.

The proposed platform must apply security patches for vulnerabilities identified by the platform vendor or through Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE), with timing appropriate to severity as determined by the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) or a similar standard. Vendors must submit network architecture and technology stack diagrams with their offers. The diagrams must identify the hosting model, network segmentation and routability, integration points and APIs, identity and access components, and security controls and encrypted protocols.

The solution must externalize identity and access management and support state-approved requirements. At minimum, it must support SAML 2.0 and/or Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, role-based access control, group-based role provisioning through SCIM, Entra ID, or API integration, single sign-on for administrative access where supported, multifactor authentication for local administrative accounts, least-privilege access, and segregation of duties. Questions must be submitted by September 22, 2026. The contract term will be three years.
