DESCRIPTION


This Request for Information seeks input from vendors regarding an online gaming integrity geofencing system. The goal is to explore solutions for a mandatory, state-wide geofencing system that can effectively block illegal online gambling websites and applications, even if those operators do not implement geofencing themselves.

Vendors are also expected to provide strategies for detecting and tracking illegal online gambling operations. Additionally, proposals must include an attestation confirming compliance with all applicable federal and state laws related to online gaming integrity and geofencing. All questions regarding this RFI must be submitted by May 15, 2026.
