(1) Vendor needs to provide online data analytics platform.– Provide access to a user–friendly online platform to extract current statistics within Regina, such as population, housing types, and other census related data within custom boundaries– The product should allow users to input their own parameters such as neighborhoods and policy areas to extract detailed population, housing and other statistical data to support planning decision–making, and public engagement• The data analytics platform must have the following functionalities– The ability to save user preferences and dashboards– Configurable reporting templates– Ability to select predefined areas (e.g., municipalities, Canadian statistical boundaries)– Tools for drawing custom polygons or uploading shapefiles– Saving and reusing custom boundaries for future analysis– Ability to save user preferences and dashboards– Configurable reporting templates– Regularly updated data, at least once annually– Disclosure of geographic or temporal gaps in information available.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 28, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.
