DESCRIPTION

Sunrise Water Authority is establishing a pool of qualified consultants to provide on-call water system engineering and related services, including planning, hydraulic modeling, pipeline design, pump station evaluation, water storage reservoir design, well and aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) services, construction management, and program management. The initial term of the Master Services Agreement is three years, with an option to extend for up to two additional years. Work will be assigned via task orders with an estimated fee of $250,000 or less per assignment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Team must include an Oregon-registered Professional Engineer in responsible charge
  • Firm must have at least five years of experience providing professional consulting services
  • If a recently formed firm, the principal must have at least ten years of relevant professional experience
  • Must be able to meet the insurance requirements of the Master Services Agreement
  • Must be able to execute the Master Services Agreement
