DESCRIPTION

The Chatham County – Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC), on behalf of the Coastal Region Metropolitan Planning Organization (CORE MPO), is requesting qualifications for on-call professional consulting services to augment staff efforts in performing transportation planning work elements. The scope includes tasks such as non-motorized transportation plan updates, throughfare plan updates, transit/paratransit planning, GIS analysis, and special studies. The initial contract term will end June 30, 2027, with up to two one-year optional renewal periods. The selected consultant must be on the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) pre-qualification list.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be on the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) pre-qualification list
Must provide proof of professional liability insurance ($1,500,000 per occurrence)
Must provide proof of general liability property damage and bodily injury insurance
Must provide proof of automotive/truck insurance
Must provide proof of workman's compensation and employer's liability insurance
Must be qualified to do work in Georgia and not debarred from working on a Federally funded contract
