The government authority in Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide office remodel services for an interior renovation project. The scope includes selective demolition of existing interior walls and doors, including those set within brick walls where applicable, along with proper removal and disposal of demolished materials. The selected contractor will also be responsible for protecting adjacent occupied areas and preparing the space for new construction.
The project includes construction of new interior walls and partitions in accordance with the provided diagram, as well as installation of new doors, frames, and hardware in compliance with applicable codes. Additional work includes framing, drywall, finishing, and painting of all new and affected areas, replacement of ceiling tiles within the remodeled area, coordination of lighting modifications, and provision of all required new electrical work. The contractor must also install new power and data connections as needed.
