DESCRIPTION

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking bids from qualified organizations to provide Nuclear Regulatory Commission audits, training, and equipment calibration services. The contract period is from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with four (4) renewal periods. Services include conducting audits at four nuclear gauge storage locations, providing web-based and in-person training, and calibrating radiation detection equipment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be registered in MissouriBUYS
Auditors must be qualified per NRC NUREG 1556 and 10 CFR requirements
Must maintain General Liability insurance of at least $600,000 per person and $4,000,000 per accident
Must maintain Business Automobile Liability insurance of at least $600,000 per person and $4,000,000 per accident
Must maintain Missouri State Workers' Compensation coverage or equivalent with $1,000,000 employer's liability
Must provide proof of compliance with the Buy American Act (Exhibit N)
Must submit Annual Worker Eligibility Verification Affidavit (Exhibit A)
Must submit Affidavit of Lawful Presence for Sole-Proprietorship or Partnership (Exhibit B)
