NHPA Archaeological and Architectural Surveys at Fort Campbell

The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of providing nonpersonal services for National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) archaeological and architectural surveys at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Required services include Phase I archaeological site detection surveys, Phase II archaeological site evaluations, and architectural evaluations, all to be performed in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. The scope includes the preservation, documentation, and evaluation of archaeological sites, historic buildings, and culturally significant locations, with a strong focus on supporting NHPA compliance.

The anticipated acquisition will be structured as a base plus four-year requirements contract, commencing prior to the expiration of the current contract on 28 September. Qualified small businesses, particularly those in HUBZone, Women-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business categories, are encouraged to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to perform the specified services. The Government is evaluating NAICS 712120 (Historical Sites) as the preferred code, but will also consider 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) where appropriate.
