(1) Vendor needs to provide neighbourhood strategic plan service. – Review and analyze existing demographic, population, commercial and residential real estate, and retail data from publicly available sources, data provided by the client and stakeholders – Development, distribution, engagement, and return of community and stakeholder surveys Interaction with agency strategic planning steering committee – Data analysis – Defining priorities – Determine future residential, retail, and commercial demand based on the neighbourhood residential market and submarket (surrounding neighbourhoods) – Draft vision statement and goals – Finalization of strategic plan vision and goals (2) All the Intent to bid must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026.
