The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is seeking proposals to advance the development, procurement, and integration of unmanned systems (UxS) capabilities in support of Joint Force, Special Operations Forces (SOF), and allied SOF missions. This initiative aims to deliver innovative UxS solutions, including 'UxS as a service' and First Person View (FPV) platforms, to enhance mission effectiveness across a broad operational spectrum.

Contracts or agreements resulting from this solicitation may be awarded under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Other Transaction Authority (OT), enabling participation from both traditional and nontraditional defense contractors. The sought systems should encompass a range of platforms, payloads, Processing–Exploitation–Dissemination (PED) technologies, software and AI programming, communication and data transfer solutions, Command and Control (C2) systems, and related components. These capabilities may be acquired, developed, or improved upon to support NSWC, United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), other U.S. government entities, and allied partners.
