Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority based in Eatontown, New Jersey is seeking proposals for nationwide IT support services. The objective is to determine the industry’s capability to deliver Tier II IT support across agency locations, including assessments of a hybrid or remote-first service delivery model to meet service level requirements at an executable cost.
Vendors are asked to provide recommendations regarding staffing, regional dispatch strategies, onsite support, travel, service levels, and the transition approach. The RFP also seeks input on the use of Government-furnished equipment (GFE), contractor-furnished equipment (CFE), Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), and hybrid device lifecycle models.
Proposers should help identify which scope areas should be included in the base requirement, offered as separate or optional items, or restricted to triage and escalation. A realistic Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and a clearly defined pricing structure that distinguishes between fixed recurring and variable costs are required.
