Services may include planning studies, engineering investigations, risk assessments, design, reports, construction plans and specifications, cost estimates, surveys, CADD support, construction consultation, inspection, quality assurance, and engineering during construction. Firms must provide qualified personnel, management systems, quality control, and technical capabilities that comply with USACE standards and professional requirements.

A minimum of three firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery contracts are anticipated, each with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The combined contract capacity will not exceed $250,000,000 over the life of the contracts, with task orders ranging from $2,500 to $120,000,000.
