Proposal must be sealed and clearly labeled with the project title, firm name, and contact information.
Bidders must provide a minimum of three references for similar projects.
Standard Form SF330 must be submitted.
Proposals must be signed by an authorized person or entity.
An hourly rate/expense schedule must be provided and remain fixed for the project duration.
Subcontractor markup should be 5% or less.
