DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Gonzales, Louisiana, is seeking a consultant team to provide program management services for the Move Ascension Program under a three-year contract. The selected program management consultant will assist with oversight and administration of the current program.
Responsibilities include design oversight, right-of-way appraisal and acquisition support, utility coordination, environmental permitting, grant development and administration, and completion of Stage 0 checklists. The consultant will also evaluate the program’s project management controls, which support monitoring, tracking, and reporting, and recommend whether the existing controls system should be retained or replaced with a system offering similar capabilities.
The consultant will support a document management system that provides the Parish with on-demand access to project and program files.
