The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), at Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center in Sisseton, South Dakota, is seeking licensing and support for the Morris–Systems Inventory Management Software from Morris Systems Incorporated. This requirement is intended to provide a non-personal service contract for a supply inventory system within the Property & Supply Department, which is responsible for maintaining inventory to meet the needs of medical staff and administrative offices.
The Morris-Systems software is essential for tracking supply usage, preventing waste due to surplus orders, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting to headquarters. IHS has identified Morris Systems as the only vendor capable of meeting this requirement, and the acquisition is processed under the applicable federal acquisition regulations for commercial items.
This notice also serves as a sources sought for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) capable of providing these services. All interested parties must be at least 51% Indian owned and controlled, registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and provide sufficient information in their capability statements to allow government assessment for possible competitive procurement.
