DESCRIPTION


A government authority based in Washington, DC seeks a provider for mobile phone and data services. The services will include both post-paid and prepaid rate subscription plans designed to support significant user volume.

The post-paid Plan A must offer at least 900 local call minutes and 100 SMS to all numbers in Senegal, as well as 25 GB of data per user, with options for top-ups or data pooling. This plan will serve approximately 200 users over 12 months (equivalent to 2400 months) and will be billed monthly at a fixed rate per phone. Usage exceeding the base package, such as additional local call seconds, SMS, or data, will be billed per consumption based on specified rates.

A prepaid service subscription option will also be required, covering a minimum of 160 phones over 12 months (totaling 1900 months), with fixed monthly billing per device. The scope includes managing large volumes, effective billing, and flexible service options for both post-paid and prepaid user groups.
