KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Must have an active Secret Facility Clearance Level (FCL) with Secret safeguarding level verified by MDA upon award.
- Must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
- Must have at least a Basic NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment current (not more than three years old) posted to the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
- Must be able to handle, receive, and store Secret (S) information.
- Prime offeror is expected to lead and perform 50% of the effort by cost.
- Must provide a white paper including technical approach, design and prototyping capabilities, test plans, schedule, and rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost.
