(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft products platforms. Provides for the procurement and administration of Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) support offering provided by Microsoft. Planned, preventive, and recurring activities to maintain stability, security, and performance of existing Microsoft platforms and products. Patch and update deployment, configuration management and upkeep, preventive maintenance activities, proactive monitoring and remediation, performance tuning and operational optimization. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years. (4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 13, 2026.
