(1) Vendor needs to provide microsoft office 365 tenant backup solution.– Provide implementation and ongoing support of a SaaS backup & recovery solution to protect the data and configuration on its Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams, M365 Groups, Public Folders, and identity/tenant configuration in Entra ID• Scope include– Backup of all defined workloads in the Microsoft 365 tenant– Backup of the Entra ID / Azure AD tenant configuration, applications & registrations, conditional access policies, roles, service principals– Secure storage of backups in an independent cloud environment with data sovereignty options– Support for retention policies, immutability, versioning, archiving and e–discovery.– Fast, granular restores of objects, metadata and full datasets.– Monitoring, reporting and audit logging of backup health and restore activity.– Support for dedicated service accounts and connectors in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID with least privilege design.– Compliance with relevant regulations– Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for data availability, backup success and recovery time objectives (RTO) / recovery point objectives (RPO).– Migration/initial load of existing data if required.– Implementation, testing (including restore testing), training and hand–over to customer(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025.
