DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES). The proposer must be an authorized Microsoft reseller licensed as a licensing solution provider for the EES program. Requirements include membership in the Microsoft cloud partner program and holding relevant solution designations aligned with the proposed services.
The scope covers licensing and support for products such as M365 Apps Enterprise Devices Edu Sub Add-on, SQL Server enterprise core ALng LSA 2L, CIS Suite Datacenter Core ALng LSA 2L, M365 A5 Unified Edu sub per user, Power BI Pro Edu sub per user, O365 A1 Edu sub per user, and Azure prepayment. The contract period is set for fifteen years. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for March 5, 2026, and all questions from prospective vendors must be submitted by March 10, 2026.
