DESCRIPTION

The procuring organization is seeking a vendor to provide Microsoft 365 tenant migration services for a university environment. The scope includes development of a migration strategy covering Microsoft 365 data, identities, configuration, and related on-premises services such as Entra Connect. The vendor is also expected to provide a high-level Azure migration plan for subscriptions, as well as a Power Platform migration plan for Power BI and PowerApps, including a cost estimate based on available information.

The engagement includes a discovery and refinement phase to produce detailed statements of work for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure migration activities. These statements of work are expected to address migration of data, identities, configurations, subscriptions, roles, access controls, and DevOps identities.

The successful proponent will be responsible for executing the approved migration plan. This includes project management, implementation, validation, knowledge transfer, and transition support needed to migrate the university's Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform environments to a new Canadian tenant.
