An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Microsoft 365 migration services, facilitating the transition from its current 2019 on-premise Exchange email system to a modern Microsoft 365 hosted environment. This migration will involve transferring approximately 800 Exchange email accounts to Microsoft 365, utilizing a software as a service (SaaS) approach where feasible.

In addition to email migration, the project includes implementing a hybrid cloud storage solution for documents, spreadsheets, and related files. This will consist of both local storage infrastructure and integration with Microsoft Azure Cloud storage. The aim is to ensure a seamless and secure transition with minimal disruption to users.

The contract for these services is expected to cover a period of one year. Vendors should demonstrate experience in large-scale email migrations, Microsoft 365 deployment, and hybrid cloud storage configurations.
