(1) Vendor needs to provide microsoft 365 exchange migration services.– Agency seeking proposals for Microsoft 365 Migration Services.– Migrate the City's current on–premise Exchange system to Microsoft 365.– Migration and implementation of Microsoft 365 hosted environment for its 2019 Exchange email system.– Migrate as much of its current on–premise technology infrastructure as possible to cloud based hosted services leveraging software as a service (SaaS) platform wherever possible.– Responsible for all set–up and service integration of Microsoft365 with Azure, Sophos and Barracuda(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6,2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
