The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Microsoft 365 Exchange migration services. The scope of work includes migrating the City's current on-premise Exchange 2019 email system to a Microsoft 365 hosted environment. The vendor will oversee the migration process, aiming to transition as much of the on-premise technology infrastructure as possible to cloud-based hosted services, utilizing a software as a service (SaaS) model wherever applicable.

In addition to the core migration, the selected vendor will be responsible for the full set-up and integration of Microsoft 365 with Azure, Sophos, and Barracuda services. The contract for these services will be for a one-year period. Vendors with experience in enterprise email migration and cloud infrastructure integration are encouraged to submit proposals.
