DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive Microsoft 365 and related cloud development, administration, and support services. Responsibilities include platform development, architectural design, configuration, migration, integration, administration, security, and technical support to address collaboration, productivity, identity, security, and business process needs across the organization's Microsoft 365 tenant(s) and associated Microsoft cloud services.
The scope of work encompasses support for current and emerging Microsoft 365 applications and services, which may include Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot and associated capabilities, Power Platform, and Microsoft security/compliance solutions such as Defender and Purview. The vendor will be expected to support a wide variety of business functions, including collaboration, productivity, workflow, identity management, and information security, ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, and well-governed.
Support may extend to SharePoint Online, SharePoint Hybrid, Planner, Microsoft Copilot technologies, and any rebranded or successor Microsoft cloud service introduced during the contract term. The partner will be responsible for development, ongoing administration, seamless integration, and operational support of all designated Microsoft platforms.
