(1) Vendor needs to provide memorial hall renovations design services to the government authority located in Hutchinson, KS. – provide conceptual drawings, cost estimates, construction documents, and specifications for construction covering all aspects of construction for the renovations. – design firm shall work with city staff to facilitate one evening community engagement meeting and up to five stakeholder meetings. – design firm shall provide assistance with bidding the process and selection of a general contractor. – design firm shall provide construction management services. – design firm shall assist the city with applying for and securing historic preservation tax credits.
