KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have experience with media outreach ranging from micro-targeting local outlets to national placements
Must have a proven record of writing in different styles for specific audiences

DESCRIPTION

The solicitation seeks a vendor to provide media outreach and communications support services for events and related public-facing activities. The selected vendor will be responsible for drafting and posting media advisories, preparing press releases, securing quotes, and coordinating approvals among multiple partners.

The scope also includes assisting with speaker participation, conducting media outreach to secure earned coverage across digital, television, radio, and print outlets, and supporting on-site event logistics with the event host. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the day-of flow of show, managing media during the event, and conducting post-event media follow-up.
