DESCRIPTION

The Northern Wasco County People's Utility District is soliciting a coordinator to administer the McNary Fisheries Compensation Committee (MFCC) grant program. The coordinator will facilitate MFCC meetings, manage project reviews, maintain records, and perform administrative functions for the grant program, which supports fisheries enhancement projects upstream of the McNary Dam. The work is primarily remote with occasional travel required. The initial contract term is three years, with an option for two additional one-year renewals.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least three years of experience in project coordination, program administration, grant administration, contract administration, or a closely related field
Must have experience planning and coordinating meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes
Must have experience coordinating activities among multiple stakeholders, public agencies, utilities, nonprofit organizations, or tribal organizations
Must have experience maintaining records, preparing reports, and tracking project milestones
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
Must have basic website administration experience including content updates, document management, and CMS usage
Must have the ability to attend meetings and travel within the project area as required
