(1) Vendor needs to provide master person index enhancement project solution. • Data Enrichment – Enrich the Master Person Index (MPI) with data fields that may be missing or poorly populated, and currently not available to the State. • Ability for the state to add or modify attributes used in matching algorithms as needed • Person Matching Enhancement – Contractor solution must have the ability to receive a batch file from our MPI system either through the states file transfer service or secure application programming interface (API). • Solution must be able to support on–demand batch processing for State MPI sources. • Contractor source data must include data from national data sources and be able to provide matched data back to the state as part of their matching process. • Solution should Include a free text field within the batch file the agency can use to send an internal identifier that must be perpetuated from the initial input to the output batch results (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2025
