KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have experience assessing and planning diverse facility types including administrative, public operations, public safety, health, library, parks and recreation, and community facilities
  • Must have experience delivering comparable projects for municipalities or public-sector organizations
  • Must identify North Carolina licensed architects, engineers, planners, or other professionals responsible for services requiring professional licensure
  • Must provide Certificates of Insurance showing General Liability, Automotive, Worker’s Compensation, and Professional Liability Coverage
