(1) Vendor needs to provide master architect and engineer services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.– Provide master architect planning role to help facilitate and expedite projects within college.– Prepare a comprehensive and consolidated implementation plan that incorporates the ongoing utility infrastructure investigation via the utility master plan which will determine the capacity and conditions of existing infrastructure and facilities, overlay various strategies of recent studies.– Develop a master implementation plan, schedule and budgets encompassing elements and projects.– The primary driver for success and implementation will be effective, actionable planning, budgeting and oversight which involves collaboration with stakeholders, utility providers, engineers, planners.(2) Pre–bid conference will be held on February 03, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 06, 2026.
