The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing, communications, media outreach, and event management services under a two-year contract. The scope includes support for strategic communications, public engagement, digital content development, and management of public-facing campaigns and events.
Required services include news media and communications support such as researching and analyzing public opinion to inform messaging and communication strategies, conducting photography and videography, producing television and radio content, delivering graphic design services, developing and maintaining relevant websites, and managing social media channels.
The selected vendor will also support community relations efforts by advising on communication with the public, preparing advertisements, op-ed pieces, and public service announcements across print, digital, and other channels, creating website and social media content, organizing press events, and working with community anchor institutions and partner organizations to promote outreach and educational materials.
In addition, the vendor will conceptualize, plan, coordinate, execute, and manage special public events. This includes securing artists and entertainers for holiday celebrations, music festivals, and educational and cultural programs.
