Vendor needs to provide market demand assessment and digital platform. – This feasibility study will build off foundational assessments already conducted, including a preliminary market demand study, and will involve significant engagement with technical staff. • Define appropriate sample farmers across project sites/value chains to develop accurate yield estimates. • Deliver the following: (i) farmer profiling, (ii) earth observation analytics, (iii) agronomic/extension records where available, and (iv) climate variables aligned to crop cycles. • Outline architecture (cloud/hybrid), modules, and APIs; describe data governance, consent, and role–based access. • Define pedagogy around the farm/loan entity model: farmer ID, farm coordinates, crop calendars, practice registry, yield history, input purchases, repayments.
