(1) Vendor needs to provide market data analysis services platform.– Provide access and use of a service platform that provides real–time compensation data and analytics for management of agency contingent labor workforce.– Platform must deliver robust historical compensation data, analytics and benchmarking, in real time, that can be used to monitor and manage contingent labor costs.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
