The government authority in New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive management information and telecommunication systems administration services. The selected provider will serve as the primary point of contact for user support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and will perform both basic and advanced troubleshooting for technical issues such as password resets, account lockouts, workstation connectivity problems, and application errors.
The vendor will also handle support for hardware, including printers, peripherals, and workstation setup. Responsibilities include creating accurate documentation for all support interactions, managing escalated tickets, and providing support for operating system, application, server, networking, and cloud service issues. Additional duties comprise the administration of Active Directory objects, Group Policies, and permissions, as well as cloud services like Microsoft 365 or Azure AD. The scope of work further includes monitoring and managing service desk tools, performing system patching, backups, updates, and deploying/configuring applications and other system components.
