The Town of Tyrone, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified Managed Service Providers to provide comprehensive IT management, end-user support, cybersecurity, website management, Microsoft 365 administration, backup and recovery, and strategic technology services. The provider will serve as the Town's primary technology partner, supporting approximately 40 users and various devices across multiple departments, including law enforcement and systems subject to GCIC/CJIS requirements. The initial contract term is two years, with an optional one-year renewal.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have demonstrated experience supporting local government environments
  • Must have experience supporting law enforcement and systems subject to GCIC/CJIS requirements
  • Personnel requiring access to Criminal Justice Information must satisfy all applicable GCIC/CJIS security, background, training, authentication, and access-control requirements
  • Must maintain cyber liability insurance
  • Must provide 24x7x365 response for critical technology and cybersecurity incidents
