The contractor will provide labor, technical supervision, equipment, and materials to conduct a comprehensive LOX Generation & Distribution Siting Analysis. The evaluation must produce a weighted decision matrix assessing siting topography, geotechnical feasibility, regulatory and environmental permitting constraints, QD clear zones, cryogen delivery line routing, and utility interconnections. The project includes recommended primary and secondary site locations with associated cost and risk assessments. The period of performance is six months from award.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a history of performing comparable analyses or studies
  • Must hold a valid Alaska business license prior to contract award
  • Must perform at least 60% of the work on the awarded contract
  • Must comply with all applicable federal laws, including Social Security Act and HIPAA
  • Must provide worker's compensation insurance
  • Must provide commercial general liability insurance with minimum $1,000,000 per claim
  • Must provide commercial automobile liability insurance with minimum $1,000,000 per claim
