Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to update its long-term water conservation strategy. The project involves a comprehensive review of existing policies, local municipal programs, and current program objectives. The selected vendor will be expected to assess the effectiveness of current initiatives and update program targets to enhance future water conservation planning and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include researching and evaluating the policy and regulatory impacts on water conservation, conducting a cost–benefit analysis, and formulating actionable recommendations. The update should focus on the creation or enhancement of joint municipal–regional programs to promote consistency, operational efficiency, and improved utilization of shared resources. This initiative aims to strengthen water conservation efforts across Ontario by integrating best practices and data-driven recommendations.
