DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Wichita Falls, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide live public auction services. The contractor will be responsible for organizing and conducting auctions for a variety of seized and surplus items on behalf of the Police Department and other municipal departments.

Auction items include personal property such as jewelry, baseball cards, coins, stamps, perfume, guitars, as well as Fire/EMS-related equipment like backboards, medic bags, blankets, splints, collars, nebulizers, masks, and various medical supplies. Additionally, a range of fleet equipment and vehicles such as generators, motors, portable cooling fans, winches, saws, tool boxes, tire machines, air compressors, ground lifts, Gators, cars, pickups, trucks, trash trucks, motorcycles, and heavy equipment will also be included.

The selected vendor will be expected to facilitate the entire auction process, ensuring proper handling and sale of all items as specified.
