A third-party vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive law enforcement off duty management system for the sheriff’s department and other county law enforcement officers in New Jersey. The system must facilitate the scheduling, assignment, billing, and collection of payments for off duty assignments. Services will include a secure online platform enabling customers to submit service requests, and a telephone assistance center to support users.
The selected vendor will handle all administrative functions, including processing requests, coordinating officer assignments, generating invoices, collecting payments, and managing fund remittances for payroll purposes. The platform must also allow officers to respond to opportunities for outside-duty jobs. The contract will be for a one-year term, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by June 2, 2026.
